We invite you to register online to attend iCREATe 2019

Payment is accepted by credit card (instant settlement) or you can select an invoice to pay by EFT or cheque. Bank details for EFT payment be on your invoice. (You will need to create a registration account and password to commence online registration.)

* The student rate applies to full time, unwaged students. To receive the student rate, you will be requested to provide your student ID to verify your eligibility.

To be eligible for  the MEMBER rate, attendee must be a staff member of iCREATe, or a member of the CREATe Asia Alliance

The Earlybird Registration Fee type is available until Friday 5 July 2019. Payment for Earlybird Registrations MUST be received by Friday 5 July 2019. After this date, the Earlybird rate expires, and all unpaid registrations will automatically revert to Standard Registration Fee types.

The Gala Dinner will be held at Australian Parliament House, and is included for Full Registration types.

The iCREATe Gala Dinner will be held in the spectacular Great Hall at Australian Parliament House. This is one of Australia’s premier and exclusive venues. Graced with grand artwork and striking architecture the Great Hall is sure to enhance the iCREATe delegate experience.

Special Guest of Honour, Her Royal Highness, Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Kingdom of Thailand will present the Gold, Silver and Bronze Global Student Innovation Challenge (gSIC) awards to the successful teams.

Individual tickets to the Gala Dinner are available for purchase for delegates and gSIC students and teams that do not have a full delegate registration. Gala Dinner dress code – Neat casual. Purchase Individual ticket $150.


A Conference Handbook and Program (printed version) will be provided to all registered attendees. The Book of Abstracts will be provided as a downloadable PDF, and released approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference. Abstracts will also be available on the conference app.


All accounts must be paid in full prior to the conference. Attendees will be required to settle any outstanding accounts by credit card upon arrival at the conference.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Card The conference accepts AMEX, MasterCard and Visa. Payments will appear on your statement as ‘Kaigi Conferencing and Events’. Credit card payments will be processed via eWay, a third party gateway, and attract a 2% surcharge.
  • Cheque Please make cheques payable to iCREATe 2019, and post to: Kaigi Conferencing and Events, Level 1, The Realm, 18 National Circuit, Barton ACT 2600
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Bank details will be on your invoice, or contact us at


Cancellation of Registration: We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however, should this be necessary cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 31 May 2019 will receive a full refund less $100 administration charge. Refunds for cancellations received on/after 1 June 2019 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the Conference Secretariat of the details of the substitute delegate in writing.

Confirmation of Registration/Tax Invoice: Once you have registered for the conference you will receive an automatic confirmation email from info the Conference Secretariat. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference. This confirmation email contains a link to your PDF tax invoice.


Information collected as part of the conference registration process is owned by the Conference Organising Committee and Kaigi Conferencing and Events. We only access information that you voluntarily give us. We will not provide this information to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (such as to accommodation providers).
